When to contact the Information Officer
Contact the Information Officer for:
- Privacy enquiries — questions about how Khanyr handles your personal information
- POPIA rights requests — access to your personal information; correction of inaccurate information; deletion of your personal information; objection to processing
- PAIA requests — access to records held by Khanyr in terms of the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000

Response times
We aim to acknowledge your request within two business days and to respond in full within 30 days of receiving a complete, verified request.
PAIA requests are subject to the timeframes prescribed by PAIA.
